摘　　要：笔者利用Visual Basic 6.0语言编程实现了原始气象资料的调用、标准化降水指数SPI的计算以及计算结果的输出等,给出了运算部分的核心代码,设计开发了界面简洁、操作简单、功能灵活的可视化的计算程序,在气象、农业、水利等部门科研人员在利用标准化降水指数SPI研究旱涝过程中,为复杂资料的处理提供一种更加方便快捷的途径。The author uses the Visual Basic 6 language programming to realize the call of the original meteorological data, the calculation of the standardized precipitation index SPI and the output of the calculation results. The core code of the operation part is given. The design and development of a simple, simple and flexible visual calculation program with a simple interface, a simple operation and a flexible function are designed and developed, in the weather and agriculture. The researchers of water conservancy and other departments provide a more convenient and quick way to deal with the complex data in the process of using the standardized precipitation index SPI to study the drought and waterlogging process.
