摘 要:为研究气氛烧结炉内动态温度场的分布规律,运用有限元分析的思想作为建模研究的理论基础。利用ANSYS软件对气氛烧结炉内部温度场进行仿真建模,通过改变加热体形状以及炉衬结构等建立新的烧结炉的仿真模型进行温度场仿真,模拟出接近真实的温度分布。对比不同结构的烧结炉温度场的变化情况,选择最优设计,从而对现实中的工业加热炉的设计提供可靠的参考。In order to study the distribution of the dynamic temperature field in the atmosphere sintering furnace,the idea of finite element analysis was used as the theoretical basis for modeling research. ANSYS software was used to simulate the temperature field in the atmosphere sintering furnace. The temperature field was simulated by changing the shape of the heating body and the structure of the lining to establish a new sintering furnace. The temperature distribution near the real temperature was simulated. Contrasting the changes of the temperature field of the sintering furnace with different structures,the optimal design is selected,so as to provide a reliable reference for the design of the industrial heating furnace in reality.
