遵义地区汉族青少年第三磨牙牙龄与年龄的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究遵义地区汉族青少年左下颌第三磨牙牙龄与年龄的关系。方法:将遵义医学院附属口腔医院放射科拍的全景片,参照Demirjian法对其第三磨牙发育情况进行分期,运用SPSS19.0对不同性别下颌第三磨牙的发育程度进行t检验分析,对其发育程度与生理年龄的关系进行Spearman相关分析。结果:男性、女性及总体样本的生理年龄与第三磨牙发育程度均有相关性(男性r=0.902,P=0.000;女性r=0.885,P=0.000;总体r=0.894,P=0.000)。年龄(X)和第三磨牙发育程度(Y)的相关回归方程为:Y总体=8.702+1.714X;Y男性=9.036+1.655X;Y女性=8.390+1.767X。结论:遵义地区汉族青少年牙龄与年龄有高度相关性。Objective： To investigate the relationship between the stage calcification of the third molar and age among teenagers in Zunyi area. Methods： The study subjects consisted of the Panoramic radiographs of adolescent patients at Department of Radiology,Affiliated Stomatology College of Zunyi Medical College.The stages of calcification of the third molar were analyzed by Demirjian＇ s method and SPSS 19. 0. The development of the third molar between the male and female was evaluated by independent samples t-test analysis. The Spearman rank correlation was applied to analyze the stages of calcification of the third molar and chronological age. Results： The Spearman rank correlation coefficient revealed highly significant relationships between the stages of calcification of the third molar and chronological age of the three groups（ male,r = 0.902,P = 0. 000; female,r = 0. 885,P = 0. 000; all,r = 0. 894,P = 0. 000）. Furthermore,the linear regression equations were established as follows： Yall = 8. 702 ＋ 1. 714 X; Ymale = 9. 036 ＋ 1. 655 X;Yfemale = 8. 390 ＋ 1. 767 X. Conclusion： There is a high correlation between dental age and age of Han adolescents in Zunyi area.
