摘 要:目的:采用"翻转课堂"教学模式来进行实验诊断教学改革探索。方法:选取我院中西医临床医学专业2014~2015级467名学生作为研究对象,在其实验诊断教学中采用"翻转课堂"教学模式教学。课外教学以微课或网络视频等方式补充授课,课堂教学以案例、启发、探究、讨论等方式学习重难点及核心内容。通过问卷调查,师生回馈,实验报告和期末考核分析进行效果评价。结果:问卷调查、访谈等反馈学生满意度、教师评估满意度较高,实验报告结果应用及分析能力优化,期末考核优秀率提高。结论:基于微课的"翻转课堂"教学模式在中西医临床医学实验诊断教学中应用,让知识传授提前,知识传授方式增加,使得学生自主学习能力和综合素质有所提高;同时将教师角色更多转化为指导、引导者,对教师的综合教学能力也有改革性提升。Objective: To explore the reform of experimental diagnosis teaching by adopting the teaching mode of " flipped lesson". Methods: 467 Chinese and western medicine clinical medical students from2014 to 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the teaching mode of " flipped lesson"was adopted in the experimental diagnosis teaching. Extracurricular teaching is supplemented by micro-lesson or online video. Classroom teaching focuses on the difficult points and core content through case study,inspiration,inquiry and discussion. Questionnaire survey,feedback from teachers and students,experimental report and final assessment analysis were collected and the results were evaluated. Results: Feedbacks from questionnaires,interviews,etc. showed that students ' satisfaction and teachers ' evaluation satisfaction were higher. The application of experimental report results and analysis ability were optimized,and the excellent rate of final examination was improved. Conclusion: The application of the " flipped classroom " teaching model based on micro-lesson in the experimental diagnosis teaching of traditional Chinese and western medi cine can advance knowledge transfer and increase knowledge transfer. Students ' autonomous learning ability and comprehensive quality were improved. At the same time,the role of teachers will be more transformed into guidance,which will also improve the comprehensive teaching ability of teachers.
