摘  要:在变压器在线监测领域中,油中溶解气体浓度都很低,并且外部干扰信号较为复杂,在微小信号的测量提取过程中存在很大的困难。为了提高监测精度,实现对微小信号有效提取,提出一种基于光声光谱技术使用基于傅里叶级数原理的信号提取方法,可以实现针对某一特定频率下气体物质含量信号的有效提取。通过对调制盘产生的调制信号频率稳定性对准确提取被测物质含量信号的影响分析,基于传统PID电机速度控制方法在信号提取上存在偏差,并给出修正方法。同时提出了采用同步电机驱动光源调制盘的光源调制方案,可以有效减小信号提取偏差。最后通过仿真试验对该方法可行性进行验证,验证结果表明,该方法可以提取出复杂信号中的有用成分,实现对微小信号的有效提取。In the field of transformer on-line monitoring,the concentration of dissolved gas in the oil is very low and it is more complex in the external interference signal. There are great difficulties in the measurement and extraction of the small signal. In order to improve the precision of monitoring and extract the small signal effectively,a photoacoustic spectroscopy technique based on signal extraction method by using fourier series based on the principle is proposed by the author.The certain frequency of gas content signal can be extracted effectively. After analysising the influence of the stability of the modulation signal frequency which produced by the modulating disk on the accurate extraction of the signal content of the measured material,the deviation of the traditional PID motor speed control method in signal extraction and the correction method are given. At the same time,a light source modulation scheme using synchronous motor to drive the modulation panel is proposed which can effectively reduce the signal extraction bias. Finally,the feasibility of the method is verified by simulation experiments. The results show that this method can extract the useful components of complex signals very well,and realize the effective extraction of small signals.
