全面从严治党形势下高校教工党支部组织生活的吸引力与实效性研究

摘　　要：高校教工党支部是党建工作的重要组成部分,在全面从严治党新形势下,提升高校教工组织生活质量、提高党支部的吸引力与实效性是高校党建工作的重要任务。通过问卷调查和实地调研,认为高校教工党支部组织生活在制度建设、活动内涵、形式方法等方面缺乏吸引力与实效性。从严格组织生活纪律、创新组织生活形式、强化组织生活功能、丰富组织生活内涵等方面提出改进办法,在全面从严治党形势下,为高校教工党支部组织生活建设提出可行路径。The Party branch of teaching and administrative staff isan important part of the Party building work in colleges and universities.Under the new situation of an all-out effort to enforcestrict Party discipline, improving the quality of the organizationallife of teaching and administrative staff and improving the attractionand effectiveness of Party branches is an important task ofParty building in colleges and universities. Through questionnairesand field research, it is believed that the organizational lifeof Party branches of teaching and administrative staff in collegesand universities lacks attractiveness and effectiveness in terms ofsystem construction, activity connotation and forms and methods.From the aspects of rigorously enforcing the discipline of organizationallife, innovating the forms of organizational life, strengtheningthe functions of organizational life, enriching the connotationof organizational life, etc., the improvement methods are proposed.Under the situation of an all-out effort to enforce strictParty discipline, this paper proposes a feasible path for the organizationallife construction of Party branches of teaching and administrativestaff in colleges and universities.
