摘　　要：生源是研究生教育的起点,学苗的优质程度与研究生培养潜力、培养成本紧密相关,辽宁省高校在研究生选拔上带有地区自身特点,通过对优质生源选拔必要性及选拔困难的研究基础上,对选拔机制进行探讨。The source of students is the starting point of postgraduateeducation. The quality of the source of students is closelyrelated to the postgraduate training potential and the cost oftraining. The universities in Liaoning Province have their owncharacteristics in the selection of graduate students. Based on theresearch on the necessity of selecting high-quality students andthe difficulty in selecting them, this paper discusses the selectionmechanism.
