摘　　要：文化作为人们实践活动中创造的共有知识和观念,对人的行为具有规范和引导作用,从而在建构和维系社会中发挥着不可估量的作用。"人类命运共同体"的建立需要与之相适应的新的共有知识和观念对人的行为进行引导,让全世界人民把"人类命运共同体"共有观念内化于心,外化于行,实现通力合作,共建人类未来美好社会。世界各国文化的交流互动是生成"人类命运共同体"文化的基础和前提。开放包容平等的文化交流环境和完善的世界文化交流机制有利于世界各国尊重彼此文化差异,增进相互间的理解和认同,凝聚共识,在"求同存异"中生成"人类命运共同体"文化。As a common knowledge and concept created in human practice, culture is believed to be able to regulate and guide human behavior. Therefore, it can play an inestimable role in the construction and maintenance of society. The establishment of the ＂a community of common destiny＂ needs the new common knowledge and ideas to guide human behavior, and can make people keep the concept of ＂a community of common destiny＂ in mind and achieve the cooperation in order to build a future human society. The cultural communication around the world is the basis and prerequisite for the formation of ＂a community of common destiny＂. The open, inclusive and equal cultural communication environment and improved mechanism of cultural exchange are beneficial to the respect of cultural differences for all people, enhance mutual understanding and identity, build consensus, and generate the culture of ＂human destiny community＂ without uniformity.
