摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央顺应新时代世情国情的不断变化,直面党执政面临的风险和挑战,深入推进"全面从严治党"的重大战略部署,充分展现了党中央坚定不移深化、完善党的自身建设的决心和信心。人民是党的根基所在、血脉所在、力量所在,站在人民的立场,遵循人民的方向,是全面从严治党之本。全面从严治党,必须站稳鲜明的人民立场,以深沉的为民情怀,不断汲取蕴藏在人民群众中的智慧与力量;以人民的意愿作为行动的逻辑起点,以满足人民期待作为行动目标,以对人民永远的赤子之心管好党治好党,才能真正把党建设成为让人民放心的党、满意的党、可以依赖的党,更好地激发实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的强大正能量。Since the 18 th session of the Party, the Party Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,has conformed to the constant changes in the new times and new situations, facing the risks and challenges pushing forward the major strategic deployment of ＂an all-out effort to enforce strict Party discipline＂, and fully showing the Party Central Committee＇s determination and confidence in deepening and perfecting the party ＇s self-construction. The people are the foundation of the Party and the basis for comprehensively administering the Party strictly. The future and fate of the Party are closely related to the people. It is necessary to be people-oriented, take deep feelings for the people, draw on the wisdom and strength of the people, take the wishes of the people as the logical starting point of action, meet the expectations of the people as the goal of action, and manage the party well by the heart which stands for the people ＇s eternal heart. To inspire the greatest energy to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of our nation.
