CD15s抗原和CD44v6基因蛋白在胆管癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨CD15s抗原和CD4 4v6基因蛋白表达与胆管癌生物学行为的关系。方法　用催化信号放大免疫组化方法 ,检测 4 3例胆管癌组织中CD15s抗原和CD4 4v6基因蛋白表达 ,综合分析了CD15s和CD4 4v6表达与胆管癌临床病理因素间的关系。结果　在胆管癌组织中 ,CD15s和CD4 4v6表达阳性率分别为 6 7 4 %和 6 2 8%。CD15s和CD4 4v6表达与胆管癌的国际癌症分类法 (TNM )分期、分化程度和转移密切相关 (P <0 0 5 )。CD15s表达与CD4 4v6表达呈正相关 (r =0 4 9,P <0 0 0 5 )。结论　CD15s和CD4Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of CD15s antigen, CD44v6 products and biological beha viors in cholangiocarcinomas. Methods The expression of CD15s and CD44v6 in 43 cases of cholangiocarcinoma tissue was respectively detected by catalyzed signal amplification immunohistochemical technique. The relationship between expression of CD15s and CD44v6 and clinicopathological factors of cholangiocarcinoma was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of CD15s and CD44v6 in cholangiocarcinoma were 67 4% and 62 8%,respectively. The expression of CD15s and CD44v6 was positively related to the TNM phase,differentiation degree and metastasis in cholangiocarcinoma ( P <0 05).Moreover, there was a positive correlation between CD15s and CD44v6 expressions in cholangiocarcinoma ( r=0 49,P<0 05 ). Conclusion Expression of CD15s and CD44v6 could be helpful to predict poor biological behavior.
