β-tubulin Ⅲ、ERCC-1在非小细胞肺癌中的表达和临床意义

摘　　要：目的:检测β-tubulinⅢ、ERCC-1在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达情况及其与生存期的关联性。方法:Envision法检测资料完整的120例NSCLC中β-tubulinⅢ、ERCC-1的表达,所有病例均予以顺铂或紫杉醇为主的辅助联合化疗,随访生存期。结果:β-tubulinⅢ在NSCLC中的阳性表达率小于正常肺组织中,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。ERCC-1在NSCLC中的阳性表达率明显大于正常肺组织(P<0.05)。β-tubulinⅢ、ERCC-1的表达和性别、年龄、组织学类型、TNM分期、淋巴结转移均无相关性(P>0.05),β-tubulinⅢ的表达与分化程度相关(P<0.05)。β-tubulinⅢ(-)、ERCC-1(-)生存期最长,β-tubulinⅢ(+)、ERCC-1(+)生存期最短。结论:β-tubulinⅢ可能参与介导肺癌的生长、侵袭。β-tubulinⅢ(-)、ERCC-1(-)的NSCLC患者可能从以顺铂或紫杉醇为主的辅助联合化疗中受益。Objective：To detect the expression and the relationship between expression and life of β-tubulin Ⅲ, ERCC-1 in non-small cell lung cancer.Method：120 cases of NSCLC of expression of beta-tubulin Ⅲ and ERCC-1 were detected by the Envision method,and all cases were treated with cisplatin or paclitaxel based adjuvant chemotherapy,followed up for survival.Result：The positive expression rate of β-tubulin Ⅲ in non-small cell lung cancer was lower than that in normal lung tissue,but there was no significant difference（P〈0.05）.The positive expression rate of ERCC-1 in non-small cell lung cancer was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissue（P〈0.05）.There was no correlation between the expression of β-tubulinⅢ and ERCC-1 and sex,age,histological type,TNM staging and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）,the expression of β-tubulin Ⅲ was related to the degree of differentiation（P〈0.05）.The survival time of β-tubulin Ⅲ（-） and ERCC-1（-） was the longest,and the survival time of β-tubulin Ⅲ（＋） and ERCC-1（＋） was the shortest.Conclusion：The β-tubulin Ⅲ may be involved in the growth and invasion of lung cancer.The β-tubulin Ⅲ（-） and ERCC-1（-） of patients with NSCLC may benefit from adjuvant chemotherapy based on cisplatin or paclitaxel.
