摘　　要：文章分析了近年来海晶集团的海盐生产状况,在公司内部引入集约化管理模式进行改革创新,以实现企业可持续发展。并应用SWOT分析模型对企业的经营状况进行全面分析,提出企业多元化发展的方向。The sea salt production condition of Haijing Group was been analyzed in this paper. Intensive management model was introduced in Company interior to gain sustainable development. The SWOT model analysis on company operation was carried out and the diversified development was proposed.
