消溃止痛汤治疗消化性溃疡的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析消溃止痛汤治疗消化性溃疡疗效。方法分析本院于2015年6月至2016年6月期间治疗的105例消化性溃疡患者资料,按照临床采取的治疗方案不同分为2组,其中行常规治疗的51例设为对照组,行消溃止痛汤治疗的54例设为治疗组,比较2组临床医治总有效概率及复发情况。结果医治后治疗组治疗总有效概率较对照组显著更高,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组复发率较之对照组显著更低,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化性溃疡行消溃止痛汤治疗可取得确切疗效,且复发少,具临床推广及应用价值。Objective To analyze the curative effect of Xiaokuizhitong soup on peptic ulcer. Methods The data of 105 patients with peptic ulcer treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were divided into two groups according to the clinical treatment plan. Among them, 51 cases were treated as routine control group, 54 cases were treated with Xiaokuizhitong soup as the treatment group, and the total effective probability and recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective probability of treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The relapse rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of peptic ulcer with Xiaokuizhitong soup can obtain the exact curative effect, and the recurrence is less, with clinical promotion and application value.
