探讨胃癌患者术后并发症的发生原因及护理措施

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌患者术后并发症的发生原因及护理措施。方法选取我院2012年5月—2015年5月收治的80例胃癌行根治术后的患者,随机将这80例术后患者按照护理干预措施的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组给予针对性护理措施,对照组给予常规护理干预,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果两组术后患者经过采取不同的护理措施,观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组。结论对胃癌术后患者,及时采取科学有效的护理干预措施,可以显著降低患者术后并发症的发生率,减轻患者痛苦,提高生命质量,提升治愈率。Objective To investigate the causes and nursing measures of postoperative complications in patients with gastric cancer. Methods 80 patients with gastric cancer treated in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2015 were selected. The 80 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different nursing intervention measures, 40 cases in each group. The observation group was given targeted nursing measures, the control group was given routine nursing intervention. Results after the two groups of patients took different nursing measures, the incidence of complications in the observation group was signifcantly lower than that in the control group. Timely and effective nursing intervention can signifcantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications alleviate the pain of patients, improve the quality of life, improve the cure rate.
