四步法眼袋整形术在老年眼部整形中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨四步法眼袋整形术在老年眼部整形中应用的临床治疗效果。方法选取2013年1月至2016年1月老年眼部整形患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组应用四步法眼袋整形术进行眼袋去除,对照组患者使用下睑皮肤入路法进行眼袋去除,观察和对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四步法眼袋整形术应用在老年眼部整形中,手术瘢痕小,睑缘和下眼睑的形态自然,患者的满意度更高,无眼睑外翻等并发症发生,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of four step blepharoplasty in elderly patients with ocular plastic surgery. Methods 80 cases in January 2013 January-2016 eye surgery for elderly patients, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group used to remove bags under the eyes of four step blepharoplasty, control group patients with lower eyelid skin approach of eye bag removal was observed and compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The four step blepharoplasty used in eye surgery for elderly, scar small, eyelid and lower eyelid form nature, higher patient satisfaction, no ectropion and other complications, it is worthy of popularization and application.
