雷替曲塞与替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期直肠癌患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察雷替曲塞联合奥沙利铂与奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期直肠癌患者的临床疗效。方法选取自2014年4月至2016年4月于中国医科大学附属盛京医院大连医院肿瘤内科收治的晚期直肠癌患者60例,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组30例,采用雷替曲塞联合奥沙利铂方案化疗,试验组30例,采用奥沙利铂联合替吉奥口服方案,观察两组患者的有效率和中位疾病进展时间。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论雷替曲塞与奥沙利铂联合治疗晚期直肠癌患者具有一定疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of raltitrexed combined with oxaliplatin and oxaliplatin plus S-1 in the treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer. Methods From April 2014 to April 2016 in 60 cases of Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University Dalian hospital treated patients with advanced rectal cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group using the envelope method, 30 cases in the control group, using raltitrexed combined with oxaliplatin chemotherapy, 30 cases of experimental group, the oxaliplatin plus S-1 oral solution, observe two group of patients with the progress of the efficiency and the median time to disease. Results The experimental group was better than the control group, there was significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of patients with advanced rectal cancer with the combination of pemetrexed and oxaliplatin is effective.
