大学生网络舆论领袖心理特征研究——以S大学为例

摘　　要：在高校网络空间中,学生网络舆论领袖是一把"双刃剑",必须高度重视这个群体。为揭示该群体心理特征,运用立意抽样法筛选出S大学25位学生网络舆论领袖并进行问卷调查与质性访谈,发现他们具有对信息敏感且较为理性、情感强烈且具"侠义心肠"、心智较深且乐于表达等显著心理特征,也存在易受多元化思想影响、易引起社会少数媒体关注并被利用、易助推校园舆论恶化等思想局限。因此,高校学生工作者、舆情工作者应注重发掘和跟踪学生网络舆论领袖群体,主动与其中一部分舆论领袖联系并建立统一战线,使舆论领袖在日常舆情以及突发舆情事件中发挥正向引导作用,共同营造高校清朗的网络空间。Great importance must be attached to the student network public opinion leaders in the network space of colleges and universities as such a group might be like a ＂double-edged sword＂. To reveal the psychological characteristics of this group, the thesis screened out 25 student network public opinion leaders in S University by the purposive sampling method, questionnaires and qualitative interview method. We discovered 3 notable features in this group： sensitiveness to information and more reasonable; keenness on participation with ＂chivalrousness heart＂; having mature mind and willing to express. On the other hand, they also have limitations： easily be influenced by foreign ideas, easily be taken advantage of by unscrupulous social media, and easily triggering deterioration of public opinions on campus. Therefore, the public opinion work in colleges and universities should focus on excavating and tracking the group of Internet public opinion leaders. We should take the initiative to contact with some of them and establish our collaboration. Thus, the leaders will play a positive role in the guidance of the d n aily etwo public opinion and the emergency public opinion events. Eventually, the goal to establish the clear rk space in the colleges and universities can be achieved.
