摘 要:目的探讨翻转课堂联合PBL教学法在五年制本科临床麻醉教学中的应用效果。方法选取中国医科大学临床麻醉专业五年制本科生60人,随机分为试验组(30例)和传统组(30例),试验组采用翻转课堂联合PBL教学法,传统组采用传统教学模式,通过考核试验组和传统组学生的理论实践考核成绩及调查学生问卷的满意度,比较两种教学方法的效果。结果试验组学生的基础知识笔试成绩和实践技能成绩均优于传统组,试验组调查学生问卷的满意度均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂联合PBL教学法在五年制本科临床麻醉教学中的应用,提高了学生自主学习的能力,培养学生发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力。Objective To explore the application of flipped classroom combined with PBL teaching method in five-year teaching of clinical anesthesia. Methods 60 China Medical University five-year clinical anesthesiology students were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (n=30) and traditional group (n=30).The students in experimental group were treated with the teaching method of flipped classroom combined with PBL, and the students in traditional group used the traditional teaching method. The teaching effects were compared by the assessment of students' theoretical knowledge, clinical practice skills and satisfaction questionnaire survey. Results The examination results in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the traditional group. The satisfaction degree of the questionnaire in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the traditional group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of flipped classroom combined with PBL teaching method in fve-year teaching of clinical anesthesia is worth promoting to improve the students' ability to learn independently and to cultivate the students' ability to discover problems, analyze problems and solve problems.
