环形撕囊直径对小切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除术的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨环形撕囊直径对小切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除术的影响。方法选取笔者所在医院于2016年03月~2018年03月收治100例小切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除术患者为研究对象,通过电脑完全随机分组法,将之分为常规组与研究组,两组分别有50例。常规组环形撕囊直径<5.5mm,研究组环形撕囊直径≥6 mm。结果研究组术后裸眼视力显著高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组术后角膜水肿发生率明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论大直径环形撕囊对小切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除术具有积极的影响,可有效提高患者术后视力,减轻角膜水肿。Objective phacoemulsification cataract To investigate the effect of circular extraction. Methods 100 cases of capsulorhexis diameter on small incision non small incision non phacoemulsification and extracapsulaJc cataract extraction were selected in my hospital from 03 months of 2016-2018,03 months.The patients were divided into routine group and study group by computer complete random grouping method,and two groups had 50 cases respectively. The annular capsulorhexis diameter was 〈 5.5mm in the conventional group,mid file diameter of the circular capsulorhexis in the study group was more than 6mm. Results The postoperative visual acuity of file study group was significantly higher than that of file conventional group （P〈0.05）,and file incidence of corneal edema in the study group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The large diameter circular capsulorhexis has a positive effect on file small incision non phacoemulsification extracapsular cataract extraction,which can effectively improve the postoperative visual acuity and reduce file corneal edema.
