摘  要:目的探讨智能可穿戴设备对青少年体育锻炼习惯和健康生活方式的影响,为促进青少年体育活动科学、有效开展,实施"健康中国2030"战略发展提供科学参考。方法通过对青少年使用智能可穿戴设备参与体育活动情况进行问卷调查。结论青少年普遍使用智能可穿戴设备参与体育活动,且体验满意度较高;随着移动互联网的飞速发展,智能手机运动类APP软件是青少年的首选,其次是智能手环;受微信运动和QQ运动等朋友圈运动量(步数)PK或点赞排名影响,青少年体育活动首选计步功能,且热衷于将自己的运动轨迹(GPS)进行在线分享,女生受减肥意识影响更关注运动时热量消耗指标;智能可穿戴设备的运动参数准确性和佩戴舒适性还有待进一步提高。Objective To explore the impact of smart wearable device on adolescents' physical exercise habits and healthy lifestyle, and to provide scientific reference for promoting the scientific and effective development of youth sports activities and implementing the strategy of "healthy China 2030" plan. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted on the participation of smart wearable devices in sports activities among adolescent. Results and Conclusion Adolescent generally used smart wearable devices to participate in sports activities, and experienced higher satisfaction. With the rapid development of mobile Internet, smart phone mobile APP software was the first choice for teenagers, followed by smart bracelet. Under the influence of movement comparison among friends and likes ranking, step-counting function was preferred to most adolescent, and keened to share their own track of movement online, girls were more influenced by weight loss awareness than those on exercise. The accuracy and comfort of motion parameters of smart wearable devices need to be further improved.
