摘　　要：视频Qo E是终端用户对视频应用服务的主观感受,它能反映视频质量与主观期望之间的差距。根据AHP层次分析法的原理,将Qo E分成网络服务质量、视频内容服务、视频特性服务、终端设备层级、用户属性层级、心理期望层级、自然社会环境七个一级影响层级,每个一级层级包括多个二级层级,从而获得视频Qo E评价模型。通过一致性指标及一致性比率计算出每个层级所占权重。该评价模型可以作为视频体验质量评价量化的依据。Video QoE is the subjective feeling of end nsers to video application service, which can reflect the gap between video quality and subjective cxpcctation. According to the principle of AHP method, Video QoE is dividcd into 7 parts ： network quality of service, video content, video properties service, terminal equipment, user attributes, psychological expectation, and natural social environment, each of which includes multiple secondary levels. It is designed to obtain video QoE evaluation model. The weight of each hierarchy is calculated through the consistency index and the consistency ratio, The evaluation model can be used as the basis for quantitative evaluation of video experience.
