摘  要:针对热芯盒射芯机上芯盒提升机构液压系统要求既能满足快速运动以减少运动循环时间,又能慢速合模或开模以防止芯盒冲撞而造成砂芯损坏的问题,设计了上芯盒提升机构电液比例控制系统,并利用AMESim软件,建立其仿真模型。基于模型,分析了上芯盒提升液压系统的速度跟踪动态特性,仿真结果验证了液压控制系统设计的合理性。Aiming at the hydraulic system of upper core box in hot core box shooter, it is required thatit should not only meet the requirements of fast movement to reduce the movement cycle time, but alsoslowly perform the mold closing or opening to prevent the core box from colliding which causes damageto the sand core. The electro-hydraulic proportional control system of the lifting mechanism of the uppercore box has been designed and its simulation model has been established by use of AMESim software.Based on the model, the speed tracking dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic lifting system for theupper core box have been analyzed. The simulation results verify the rationality of the design of the hy-draulic control system.
