摘 要:目的以大学瑜伽课为研究对象,对比传统体育课,探究心率、MET、RPE等生理评价指标在综合评价瑜伽课运动负荷中的运用。方法 119名大学一年级女生分别接受瑜伽课、篮球课、乒乓球、武术课教学,监测体育课中的实时心率,录像分析体育课密度与MET,课后问卷统计RPE。结果平均心率、最高心率、MET均为篮球课最高,瑜伽课最低;课的密度和RPE为瑜伽课最高。结论瑜伽课的运动负荷具有生理负荷极低、主观感觉运动负荷较高的特征,虽然单纯的瑜伽练习就有益于身心健康,但瑜伽课中还是宜补充较高强度的身体练习。Objective To explore the application of physiological evaluation indexes, such as heart rate, MET and RPE, in the comprehensive evaluation of the exercise load of the yoga class compared with traditional physical education course. Methods 119 first-grade college girls were monitored their real-time heart rate during yoga, basketball, table tennis and martial arts lessons respectively, video were used to analyse physical education density and MET, and used questionnaire to analyse RPE after class. Results The average heart rate,maximum heart rate, MET were the highest in basketball class, yoga class was the lowest one. The density of class and RPE were the highest in yoga class. Conclusion The exercise load of yoga class is characterized by low physiological load and high subjective feeling. Although simple yoga exercises are beneficial for physical and mental health, yoga classes should be supplemented with high-intensity physical exercises.
