摘　　要：目的探讨综合内镜中心护士职业性危害因素及其防护措施。方法选取青海省西宁市5家医院及格尔木市3家医院内镜中心共197名护士作为内镜中心组,同时选取上述医院内外科一线护士200名为对照组,采用自制问卷调查的方式。结果内镜中心护士职业性危害主要在心理及生理因素、环境因素(包括化学、物理和生物)方面与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应加强对内镜中心护士职业性危害因素的防护措施,提高安全防护意识,有效降低职业危害发生率。Objective To discuss the nurses＇ occupational hazard factors and protective measures in the integrated endoscopy center.Methods One hundred and ninty-seven nurses in endoscopy centers from 5 hospitals in Xining and 3 hospitals in Geermu were selected as endoscopy center group, at the same time, 200 medical and surgical nurses from the same hospital were choose as control group. Self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the nurses.Results Compared with control group, the nurses＇ occupational hazards, including psychological factors, physiological factors and environmental factors （chemistry, physics and biology）, in endoscopy center group were of significant differences （ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the protective measures against the nurses＇ occupational hazards in endoscopy center, improve the awareness of safety protection, and reduce the incidence of occupational hazards.
