摘　　要：恶性肿瘤危害着人类身体健康,恶性肿瘤相关基因一直是研究的热点。SPOCK1(Sparc/osteonectin cwcv and kazal-like domains proteoglycan 1)基因是新发现位于人染色体5q31的致癌基因。在临床研究表明,神经胶质瘤、肝癌、结肠癌等肿瘤组织中SPOCK1的表达水平与肿瘤的转移、复发以及患者预后密切相关。文中主要介绍了SPOCK1在肿瘤中作用机制的最新研究进展,然而SPOCK1成为诊断标志物或基因治疗靶点仍然需要进一步大规模的基础和临床研究。Malignant tumors are harmful to human health,and the malignant tumor-related genes have always been the focus.Sparc/osteonectin cwcv and kazal-like domains proteoglycan 1（SPOCK1） is a newly identified oncogene that locates at Chr5q31.Clinical studies have shown that the expression of SPOCK1 is closely related to tumor metastasis,recurrence and prognosis in glioma,liver cancer,colorectal cancer and other tumor tissues.This paper mainly introduces the research progress in the mechanism of SPOCK1 action in tumors.However,further large-scale basic and clinical researches need to be performed to investigate the role of SPOCK1 as a diagnostic marker or gene therapy target.
