摘  要:目的探讨思维导图结合工作坊培训模式提升临床护士护理科研能力的应用效果。方法 2016年1—12月将112名护理科研小组联络员及护理科研骨干随机分为思维导图组和对照组,思维导图组采用基于思维导图工作坊培训模式(n=59),对照组采用常规培训模式(n=53),比较2组护士培训考核成绩及论文发表数量,采用问卷调查护士护理科研能力、思维导图应用评价。通过χ~2检验、两独立样本t检验及描述统计进行统计分析。结果培训结束后,护士护理科研培训成绩(94.00±2.48)分、护理科研能力(93.00±8.85)分,思维导图组均优于对照组[分别为(89.76±2.71)分,(60.96±40.86)分],差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为5.888、3.838,P<0.001);思维导图组护士对思维导图培训模式持肯定态度;思维导图组论文发表数量(1.33±0.68)篇高于对照组(0.68±0.75)篇(t=3.300,P=0.002)。结论将基于思维导图工作坊培训模式运用于护理科研培训,可帮助护士系统记忆理论及操作要点,提升培训效果。Objective To explore the effect of mind map-based workshop on improving clinical nurses' ability of research. Methods From January to Decenmber 2016, totally 112 communicators and backbones of nursing research from all the departments in one hospital were selected and they were randomly divided into observation group(n=59) and control group(n=53). Mind map-based workshop and traditional training model were respectively implemented in observation group and control group. Nurses ' performance in training test and the number of published papers in the 2 groups were compared and nursing research ability and nurses 'evaluation of mind map were investigated with questionnaires χ^2 test, t test and descriptive statistics were used for statistical analysis.Results After training, both nurses' scores in training test 94.00±2.48 and their nursing research ability 93.00±8.85 in observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group 89.76 ±2.71, 60.96±40.86(t=5.888 and 3.838 respectively, P〈0.001).Nurses in observation group were satisfied with mind mapping-based workshop.There were more published papers in observation group 1.33±0.68 than in the control grouP〈0.68 ±0.75(t=3.300, P=0.002). Conclusion Mind map-based workshop is beneficial to strengthening clinical nurses' theoretical knowledge and practical operation, stimulating learning interest and improving the effect of nursing research training.
