摘  要:目的观察体感互动游戏改善脑卒中患者运动功能的效果。方法 52例脑卒中患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组26例。两组患者均进行常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上联合体感互动游戏训练,两组均训练4周。训练前后采用巴氏指数(BI)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、Fugl-Meyer量表评价两组患者的运动功能、日常生活能力、平衡功能。结果治疗后,两组的BI、BBS、上肢及下肢功能评分均高于治疗前(均P<0.05),且观察组BI、上肢功能评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论体感互动游戏可改善脑卒中患者的上肢功能和日常生活能力。Objective To investigate the effect of interactive somatic game on motor function in stroke patients. Methods Fifty-two stroke patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 26 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional rehabilitation training,besides,the observation group accepted the interactive somatic game training.The training lasted for 4 weeks in the two groups.The Barthel index(BI),Berg Balance Scale(BBS) and Fugl-Meyer Assessment were used to assess the motor function,abilities of daily living and balance ability of the patients in both groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the scores of BI,BBS and Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Upper and lower Extremity were higher in both groups compared to the previous(all P 〈0.05),and the scores of BI and Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Upper Extremity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P 〈0.05) . Conclusion The interactive somatic game can improve the upper extremity function and activities of daily living in stroke patients.
