色素植物与植物色素的应用探析

摘　　要：本文论述了色素植物和植物色素的概念、色素植物的类型、色素植物中含植物色素的部位以及植物色素的类型和应用方式。通过比较植物色素和化学合成色素特性,提出了植物色素的开发利用方式,以期为植物色素资源的充分利用提供借鉴。In this paper,the concept of pigment plants and plant pigments,the types of pigment plants,the site of plant pigments in pigment plants,the types and the application of plant pigments were discussed. By comparing the characteristics of plant pigments and chemical synthetic pig-ments,the development and utilization of plant pigments were put forward,so as to provide references for the full utilization of plant pigment resources.
