摘 要:随着我国工业化的快速发展,大量的工业废气排入大气,使生活环境变得日益恶劣。这些工业废气主要含有,CO(23%)、CO_2(20%)、H2(2%)、N2(50%)等气体,不仅引起温室效应,而且产生了严重的"雾霾"。天然的耗氢产乙酸菌具有特殊的厌氧乙酰-CoA代谢途径,该种细菌可以将CO_2/CO和H2转化为甲烷、乙酸等有机物,可以起到缓解大气污染的作用。本研究拟采用耗氢产乙酸菌WJL142将模拟废气中的CO_2和H2转化为乙酸,实验进行了氮源、温度、通气量和接种方式等工艺条件的优化。结果表明,在5 L磁力搅拌发酵罐中,以2g/L酵母粉为氮源,以10m L/min和5m L/min的速率通入CO_2/H2时,37℃发酵24h后,该菌发酵液中的乙酸浓度可以达到41.6 m M。With the rapid development of industrialization in our country,a large number of industrial exhaust gases are emitted into the atmosphere,making our living environment worse. These industrial exhaust gases mainly contain CO( 23%),CO2( 20%),H2( 2%),N2( 50%) and so on,which not only cause the greenhouse effectly,but also produce a serious " smog". The acetobacterium species in nature has a special anaerobic acetyl-Co A pathway,which can convert CO2/CO2 and H2 into CH2,acetic acid and other organic substances. Using the characteristic of acetobacterium,the CO2/CO/H2 in the industrial exhaust gases can be converted into acetic acid,which can reduce air pollution. The experiment was carried out in a 5 L magnetic stirring fermenter. The CO2 and H2 in the artificial exhaust gases were converted into acetic acid by acetobacterium WJL142. The factors including nitrogen,temperature,CO2/H2 flow rates and inoculation method were studied in this study. The results indicated that when the CO2/H2 flow rates were 10 m L/min and 5 m L/min respectively,2 g/L the yeast powder was used as the nitrogen source,the fermentation temperature was 37℃,the yield of acetic acid was 41. 6 m M after 24 hours.
