摘　　要：本文以监护仪为例,阐述我院通过核算设备成本回收期、使用率,定期开展医疗设备效益分析的调查方法及情况分析,并把设备使用率与科室考核挂钩。实践证明,定期开展使用率调查和分析有助于掌握临床科室设备的使用情况,提高设备使用率,同时也能进一步完善医疗设备配置流程和使用管理,使流程更科学合理、管理更为有效,从而确保医疗设备的良性运转。Taking the monitor as an example, the investigation method and situation analysis of the medical equipment benefit analysis in our hospital on a regular basis were elaborated by calculating the period of equipment cost recovery and utilization rate. The equipment utilization rate was linked to the examination of each department. Practice had proved that regular utilization rate survey and analysis could help to understand the use of equipment in clinical departments and improve the utilization rate of equipment. At the same time, it could further improve the medical equipment confguration process and use management, which made the cost accounting process more scientifc, reasonable and effective, so as to ensure the sound operation of medical equipment.
