摘　　要：目的探讨Sommerlad法联合Furlow法修复腭裂的应用价值。方法采用随机数字表法将90例腭裂患儿分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用Sommerlad法,观察组采用Sommerlad法联合Furlow法。对比两组的腭部长度、瘢痕程度、软腭动度和腭咽闭合功能;统计对比两组的并发症。结果观察组术后腭部的曲线长度和直线长度均明显长于对照组,瘢痕程度明显轻于对照组,腭咽有闭合功能的构成比明显高于对照组,软腭动度明显好于对照组,感染和恶心呕吐的发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Sommerlad法联合Furlow法可明显延长腭部的长度,减轻瘢痕程度,提高软腭动度和腭咽闭合功能,同时可降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the Sommerlad method combined with Furlow method in the repair of cleft palate. Methods A total of 90 patients with cleft palate were divided observation group and control group using random digital table method. Sommerlad method was used in the control group, and Sommerlad method combined with the Furlow method was used in the observation group. The length of the palate, the degree of scar, the dynamic degree of the soft palate and the velopharyngeal function of the two groups were measured and compared. The complications of the two groups were counted and compared. Results The curve length and line length of the palate in the observation group were significantly longer than those of the control group. The degree of scar in the observation group was significantly lighter than that of the control group. The composition ratio of the velopharyngeal function in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The dynamic degree of the soft palate in the observation group was better than that of the control group. The incidence of infection and the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Sommerlad method combined with Furlow method can significantly lengthen the length of palate, reduce the degree of scarring, improve palatal mobility and velopharyngeal function, and reduce the incidence of complications.
