摘 要:牛乳是新生犊牛在可以消化食物之前提供的主要营养来源,使用蛋白质组学方法对牛乳进行系统、整体地研究,可以认识牛乳蛋白质的构成以及对机体的影响。本文综述了蛋白质组学在牛乳研究中的进展,旨在为分析不同的牛乳成分,为其将来在奶牛疾病预防和控制等方面的分析提供重要的依据。Milk is the nutrients source of new cattle provide before they can digest food. It is diffcult to analyze milk different components. However, it is possible to know the relationship between milk protein and the impact of the body by using proteomics to systematically study milk. Through the development of proteomics, we have got a deeper understanding of the composition and properties of various proteins in milk. This review summarizes the progress of proteomics in the research of cow milk, and analyzes the different components of cow milk for its future, and provides an important basis application in the veterinary research and treatment as well as the early diagnosis of the disease so as to prevent and control the cow disease in the future.
