丹红注射液对大鼠脑缺血性卒中后神经功能行为和肌力改善

摘　　要：目的:观察中药丹红注射液对急性脑梗塞再灌注大鼠模型缺血性卒中后神经功能行为和肌力改善作用。方法:雄性SD大鼠(MACO法)制作脑缺血再灌注模型,80只大鼠随机分为模型组、高剂量丹红组、低剂量丹红组及维脑路通组,20只/组。模型组术后成功给予生理盐水腹腔注射外,丹红大小剂量组依据大鼠的体重给予腹腔注射,维脑路通组给以0.04g/kg的剂量腹腔注射给药。对动物的神经功能行为进行Longa评分法评分,肌力检测,组间比较采用SNK-q检验,成组设计的多个样本均数比较用单因素方差分析(ANOVA)。结果:神经功能行为得到了明显的改善,大鼠的双前肢肌力明显好转。Objective ： To observe the effect of Danhong Injection on neurological function, behavior and muscle strength in rats with acute cerebral infarction reperfusion. Methods： cerebral ischemia reperfusion models were made in male SD rats （MACO） ,and 80 rats were randomly divided into model group, high dose Danhong group, lw dose Danhong group and dimension brain channel group, 20 rats/ group.＂The rats in the model group were given intraperitoneal injection of saline after operation, and the Dan red dose group was given intraperitoneal injection according to the body weight group was given intraperitoneal injection of 0.04g/kg · Longa score and muscle strength test were used to examine the neurological function of the animals.＂The SNK-q test was used between the groups,and the number of samples in group design was compared by single factor analysis of variance （ ANOVA ）. Results： The nurological function was obviously improved,and the strength of both forelimb muscles of rats was improved obviously.
