摘　　要：随着技术的进步,新媒体的传播途径、传播方式等都发生着天翻地覆的变化,信息的传播速度越来越快,覆盖面也越来越广。文章分析了新媒体的即时性、选择性、互动性等特征,探讨了新媒体环境给医患关系衍化带来的积极作用和不利影响。针对不利影响,提出了完善法律制度建设、强化政府职能、提升医院舆论危机管理能力、充分利用新媒体优势等对策建议,以期对构建和谐的医患关系有所裨益。With the progress of technology, the transmission route and method of new media has greatly changed, and the transmission speed of information is faster and faster, and the coverage is wider and wider, and the paper analyzes the features of immediacy, selectivity, interaction, studies the positive effect and adverse effect of new media environment on the medical relationship, and puts forwards the strategies and suggestions such as improving the legal system construction, enhancing the governmental function, improving the crisis management abilities of the hospitals and fully using the new media according to the adverse effects, in order to bring benefits to the construction of harmonious medical relationship.
