PDCA循环在住院医师规范化培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的探析在住院医师规范化培训中应用PDCA循环的临床效果。方法择取该院接受规范化培训的44名住院医师,将2016年1—12月接受培训并进行传统培训管理的22名住院医师作为对照组,将2017年1—12月接受培训并进行PDCA循环培训管理的22名住院医师作为研究组,对两组住院医师的培训效果进行分析和比较。结果经过培训和管理后,研究组专业理论知识成绩高于对照组,临床技能操作成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组医师对课程设计合理性、教学技能、分析解决问题能力、教学责任心及态度、知识掌握度等教学满意度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在住院医师规范化培训中应用PDCA循环可提高住院医师的理论知识掌握程度以及临床技能操作水平,同时也更加认可带教教师的培训及管理过程,教学效果显著,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of PDCA circulation in the residency standardized training. Methods 44 residents receiving the standardized training in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups, with 22 cases in each, the control group received the training and used the traditional training management ft＇om January to December 2016, while the research group received the training and used the PDCA circulation training management from January to December 2017, and the training effect of the two groups was analyzed and compared. Results After the training and management, the professional theoretical knowledge score in the research group was higher than that in the control group, and the clinical skill operation score was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the satisfactory degree scores of residents in the research group to the rationality of course design, teaching skill, ability to solve the problems, teaching responsibility and attitude, mastery degree of knowledge were obviously higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of standardized training of residents can improve the mastery degree of theoretical knowledge and clinical skill operation level, and more recognize the training and management course of teachers, and the teaching effect is obvious, which is worth promotion.
