摘  要:目的以诊治指南为基础的基于问题学习课程(Problem-based learning,PBL)教学模式,提高重症医学住院医师培训学员教学效果。方法将重症医学科住院医师培训学员分为2组,实验组采用以诊治指南为基础的PBL教学模式。对照组采用传统方法带教。比较两组考核结果。结果实验组基础理论考试成绩、临床病例分析优于对照组。临床技能考试两组无明显区别。结论以诊治指南为基础的PBL教学模式可以提高重症医学住院医师培训学员临床实习效果,增强学员的学习兴趣。Objective To improve the effect of PBL teaching model based on the diagnosis and treatment guidance in the residency standardized training in ICU. Methods The students of residency standardized training in ICU were divided into two groups, the experimental group used the PBL teaching model based on the guidance of diagnosis and treatment, while the control group used the traditional method for teaching, and the examination results were compared between the two groups. Results The basic theoretical examination score and clinical case analysis in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the differences in the clinical skill examination scores between the two groups were not obvious. Conclusion The PBL teaching model based on the diagnosis and treatment guidance can improve the clinical practical effect of residency standardized training in ICU and enhance the learning interest of students.
