摘　　要：动物实验操作技术是医学生重要的教学内容之一,操作行为也可以从不同的侧面反映出实验人员的文化内涵。目前课堂教学过程中多注意技术的讲解和演示,忽略了实验动物相关法规和伦理方面等人文内容的传授,从而导致学生这些方面知识的欠缺。要弥补这些不足,教师就应从高素质文化养成入手,加强伦理教育,强化操作技能,培养人文关怀习惯,严格执行"3R"原则,不断提升实验人员和学生的文化修养,为培养具有高素质文化内涵的科学工作者奠定基础。The animal experiment operation technology is one of the important teaching contents of the medical students.The operation behavior can also reflect the cultural connotation of the experimental personnel from different aspects.At present,more attention is paid to the explanation and demonstration of technology in the classroom teaching process,and the teaching of humanistic content such as the relevant regulations and ethical aspects of experimental animals has been neglected,which has led to lack of knowledge in these areas.To make up for these deficiencies,teachers should start from the cultivation of high-quality culture,strengthen ethical education,strengthen operational skills,develop humanistic care habits,strictly implement the ＂3 R＂ principle,and constantly enhance the cultural cultivation of experimental personnel and students,in order to cultivate high-quality students and to lay the foundation of the cultural connotation of scientific workers.
