摘 要:神经内科病种多,且病情复杂,科学的护理就显得尤为重要。分析护理带教过程中存在的主要问题是护生缺乏工作热情和主动性,自我防护、安全及法律意识淡薄,带教教师自身素质一般,带教质量差强人意,且带教方式陈旧,护生学习积极性不高。提高神经内科护理带教质量的应对策略是重视带教老师的选拔,进行合理分组教学,将优质护理理念渗透到护理带教全过程,此外,神经内科护理带教的应当重视综合评价和及时改进。只有带教老师和护生的密切配合,才能能够发挥较好的带教效果,从而不断提高带教质量与水平,真正改善护患关系和护理满意度。There are many neurological diseases and the condition is complex.Scientific nursing is particularly important.Analyze the main problems in the process of nursing teaching are the lack of work enthusiasm and initiative of nursing students,lack of self-protection,safety and legal awareness,the quality of teaching teachers themselves,the poor quality of teaching,the outdated teaching methods,and the enthusiasm of nursing students not intensive.The countermeasures to improve the quality of teaching neuromedicine nursing are to attach importance to the selection of teachers,carry out reasonable group teaching,infiltrate the concept of high-quality nursing into the whole process of nursing teaching.In addition,the neurological care teaching should pay attention to comprehensive evaluation and timely improvement.Only with the close cooperation of teachers and nurses can we be able to exert a good teaching effect,so as to continuously improve the quality and level of teaching,and truly improve nurse-patient relations and nursing satisfaction.
