124例老年眼眶肿瘤摘除术预后的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年眼眶肿瘤摘除术的预后影响因素。方法:选自我院于2015年10月至2017年10月老年眼眶肿瘤摘除术患者124例,均采用眼眶肿瘤摘除术。分析老年眼眶肿瘤摘除术预后情况,单因素和多因素分析影响老年眼眶肿瘤摘除术预后的影响因素。结果:124例老年眼眶肿瘤摘除术患者,预后良好109例、预后不良15例;经单因素分析,预后良好组与预后不良组在性别、体质量和肿瘤累及范围比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。而在年龄、肿瘤性质、肿瘤边界及手术时间方面比较,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);将上述单因素分析具有统计学差异的纳入多因素回归分析,结果显示年龄、肿瘤性质、肿瘤边界及手术时间为影响老年眼眶肿瘤摘除术预后的独立危险因素。结论:老年眼眶肿瘤摘除术预后受多种影响因素,应针对影响因素采取针对性预防措施,改善患者预后。Objective：To investigate the prognostic factors after resection of orbital tumors in the elderly.Methods：124 patients with orbital tumor resection in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected，who were treated with orbital tumor resection.The prognosis of elderly orbital tumor after enucleation was analyzed.Single factor and multivariate analysis were used to determine the prognostic factors after resection of orbital tumor in the elderly.Results：In 124 cases of elderly patients with orbital tumor resection，there were 109 cases with good prognosis and poor prognosis in 15 cases.By single factor analysis，there were no significant differences between the good prognosis group and poor prognosis group in gender，body weight and tumor involvement （P〉0.05）.But there were significant differences in age,the nature of the tumor,tumor boundary and operative time（P〈0.05）.The multiple factor analysis showed age and the nature of the tumor，tumor boundary and operative time were independent risk factors.Conclusion：The prognosis of elderly orbital tumor after resection is affected by many factors.Targeted prevention measures should be taken to improve the prognosis of the patients.
