摘　　要：目的:探讨RUNX3和VEGF在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其与宫颈癌发生发展的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)和免疫组化法检测RUNX3和VEGF在正常宫颈、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)和宫颈癌组织中的表达情况。结果:RUNX3蛋白和mRNA在正常宫颈、CINⅠ、CINⅡ-Ⅲ、宫颈癌中的表达呈下降趋势,而VEGF的表达呈上升趋势(P<0.05),RUNX3、VEGF蛋白和mRNA的表达呈负相关,与宫颈病变的进展程度、临床分期、病理分级及是否有淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05)。结论:RUNX3可能作为抑癌基因参与宫颈癌的发生发展,VEGF可作为反映宫颈癌细胞增殖能力的指标。RUNX3和VEGF可能与恶性肿瘤的程度、侵袭和转移有关。Objective：To study and explore the expression of RUNX3 and VEGF in cervical carcinoma，and investigate their correlations to oncogenesis and progression of cervical carcinoma.Methods：The mRNA and protein levels of RUNX3 and VEGF in samples of normal cervix，cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN） and cervical carcinoma tissue were detected with polymerase chain reaction（PCR）and immunohistochemistry.Results：The expression of RUNX3 protein and mRNA in normal cervix，CIN，cervical carcinoma tissues tended to be down-regulated，and VEGF tended to be rising-regulated.There was significant difference among these groups （P〈0.05）.There was significant negative correlation between the expression of RUNX3,VEGF protein and mRNA.And there were correlated with the progression of cervical lesions，clinical stage，pathological classification and lymphatic metastasis （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：RUNX3 maybe functioned as a tumor suppressor gene in the occurrence and development of cervical carcinoma.VEGF could be reflected the cell proliferation rate in cervical carcinoma.RUNX3 and VEGF could correlate with the malignant degree and invasion transfer.
