摘　　要：高尚的师德和良好的师风对保证和提高学校教育教学质量起着重要的作用。我国高校师德师风建设虽然取得显著成绩但依然存在一些问题,其原因有客观方面,也有主观方面。必须创新工作思路,积极探索加强师德师风建设的新途径和新方法,形成人人重师德、个个讲师德的良好氛围。Noble teachers＇ morality and favorable teachers＇ ethos play an important role in ensuring and improving the quality of school teaching and education. Although remarkable achievements have been achieved in the construction of teachers＇ morality and ethos in China＇s colleges, there are still some problems existed, the causes of which are both objective and subjective. There is a must to innovate work ideas, actively explore new approaches and methods to strengthen the construction of teachers＇ morality and ethos, and form a favorable atmosphere in which everyone values and highlights teachers＇ morality.
