摘  要:当前使用的高铁客运服务系统已逐渐不能满足旅客于旅途中产生的实时需求。随着铁路领域对车载无线网络技术的不断研究,使得动车组在运行过程中实现无线网络覆盖成为可能。以微信平台作为开发基础,结合旅客的实时需求与高铁客运服务特点对系统功能进行设计与搭建,在实现微信与服务器资源相对接的前提下,通过PHP语言对设计功能进行编译,将微网站开发技术与微信特有的通讯特点相结合,最终实现安全教育、在线订餐、交友娱乐、客服在线、以及紧急求助等功能。功能演示证实了系统的可行性,新旧系统对比证明了新系统的优越性与适用性。The current high-speed rail passenger service system has gradually failed to meet the real-time demand generated by passengers during the journey. With the continuous research on wireless network technology in the railway field, it becomes possible for EMUs to achieve wireless network coverage during operation. We use the We Chat platform as a basis for development, combine the real-time needs of passengers with the characteristics of high-speed rail passenger service to design and build system functions.Under the premise of realizing the relative access of We Chat and server resources, the PHP language is used for compiling the design functions. The combination of technology of microsites development and We Chat's unique communication features ultimately enables security education, online ordering, online dating, online customer service, and emergency help. The functional demonstration confirmed the feasibility of the system. The comparison of the old and new systems proves the superiority and applicability of the new system.
