摘　　要：通过对我国诉讼视角下的侦查模式研究探索,提出对侦查权的重新配置,把检察机关行使的侦查权剥离出来,建立新型的侦检关系,使检察机关的监督权得到有效的发挥,结合监察委员会的建立,对贪污腐败的案件进行有效打击。通过对非法证据的排除来约束侦查权,确保证据收集的合法性,从根本上改变刑讯逼供屡禁不止的现状。增加嫌疑人和律师的诉讼权利,在注重打击犯罪的同时也要注意保护嫌疑人、被告人的诉讼权利,逐步完善相关法律法规,注重维护人权是推动侦查模式完善的重要动力之一。Exploring the investigation mode under the view of litigation in our country, the reconfiguration of investigation power is put forward,stripping out the investigative power exercised by the procuratorial organs, and establish a new type of the investigation-procuratorate relationship to make the supervisory authority of the procuratorial organ effective. Effective crackdown on corruption cases combined with the establishment of the commission; restricting investigation power by excluding illegal evidence to ensure the legitimacy of evidence collection to fundamentally change torture confession for the status quo. We should increase the litigation rights of suspects and lawyers, pay attention to the protection of suspects and defendants, and improve the relevant laws and regulations, and to protect human rights is one of the important driving forces to promote the perfection of investigation model.
