脑胶质瘤中ST2 mRNA的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨脑胶质瘤中白介素1受体样1(ST2)mRNA表达水平及与临床病理分级的关系。方法收集脑胶质瘤手术切除标本54例,脑外伤患者手术切除样本28例作为对照,采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测ST2 mRNA在脑胶质瘤和对照组中的表达变化。结果脑胶质瘤组中ST2 mRNA表达量中位数为0.77,明显高于在对照组中的表达(中位数为0.13)(P=0.02)。Ⅲ~Ⅳ级脑胶质瘤组织中ST2 mRNA表达中位数为1.03,明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ级中的表达(中位数为0.34)(P=0.02)。结论 ST2 mRNA在脑胶质瘤组织中呈高表达,与临床病理分级相关,可能参与脑胶质瘤的发生发展。Objective The expression of interleukin-1 receptor like-1（ ST2） mRNA in glioma was investigated and the association between ST2 mRNA expression and clinicopathological grades was analyzed.Methods Fifty-four surgical resection tissues were obtained from glioma patients. Twenty-eight brain injury tissues were used as controls. The expression of ST2 mRNA in glioma tissues and controls was detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction（ real-time PCR）. Results The median of ST2 mRNA in glioma tissues was 0. 77,which was significantly higher than that in controls（ 0. 13）（ P = 0. 02）. Additionally,the median of ST2 mRNA in glioma patients of clinical III ~ IV grades was 1. 03,which was significantly higher than that in patients of grade I ~ II（ 0. 34）（ P = 0. 02）. Conclusion The expression of ST2 mRNA is upregulated in glioma tissues,and the higher level of ST2 mRNA is related to clinical grades,suggesting that ST2 may be involved in the development of glioma.
