摘　　要：论文的主要目的是研究电子商务环境下企业管理创新面临的问题,以及深入探讨如何在电子商务环境下实现企业管理的创新。在电子商务的环境下实现企业管理的创新应从企业管理组织结构的创新、建立顾客数据库、网上支付安全管理创新这几方面入手。通过对企业管理模式开展上述几点改革,定能在一定程度上推进电子商务环境下的企业管理创新。The main purpose of this paper is to study the problems faced by enterprise management innovation in the e-commerce environment, and deeply discuss how to achieve the innovation of enterprise management in the e-commerce environment. The innovation of enterprise management in the environment of e-commerce should start with the innovation of the organizational structure of enterprise management, the establishment of customer database, and the innovation of online payment security management, etc. Through the above reform of enterprise management mode, we can promote the enterprise management innovation in the e-commerce environment to a certain extent.
