摘  要:在线旅游市场竞争激烈中,如何建设一个高质量、用户满意的旅游网站日益重要。而一个良好的网站导航系统能够使其在竞争中占据优势地位,论文运用kano模型从导航的可用性、易用性、交互性、个性化导航四个方面研究旅游网站导航的满意度影响因素,并进一步对这些品质要素进行归类分析,根据分析结果提出相关建议,以期为设计更好的导航提供依据。In the fierce competition of online tourism market, how to build a high-quality, user satisfaction tourism website is increasingly important. And a good website navigation system can make it occupy a dominant position in the competition. In this paper, kano mode is used to study the influencing factors of the satisfaction of tourism website navigation from four aspects: usability, interactivity and personalized navigation, and theses quality elements are further classified and analyzed. Some suggestions are put forward according to the results of the analysis, so as to provide basis for the better navigation design.
