摘　　要："德法兼治"是在全面推进依法治国的新形势背景下,研究高校思想政治教育工作的新理念、新思路。以"立德树人"为主旨,对中国传统"德法兼治"文化进行创造性转化、创新性发展是必要途径,"显隐结合"并有效发挥隐性教育的优势是重要手段,将"德法兼治"的思想、方法有机协调,相互融合,有效地贯穿在教育者、受教育者、教育介体以及教育环境等思想政治教育的全过程当中,推动当前高校思想政治教育工作的改革与创新,共同促进高校思想政治教育工作质量的提升与实效。In the context of the overall promotion of the rule of law,it is a new idea to integrate law and morality into the ideological and political education work in Universities.Traditional ideological and political education is more inclined to use moral education.Combining law and morality is the ideological guidance combined with normative behavior,emotional and rational unity,self-discipline and heteronomy.It is to strengthen the spirit of the law by the moral construction,to regulate the construction of morality through the legal system,and to promote the quality of Ideological and political education in universities by law and morality.
