网络环境下对高校学生档案管理的几点认识

摘　　要：近年来,随着信息时代的到来与互联网的渗透式普及,电子档案与网络信息资源异军突起,无论数量还是质量都呈现出了极为猛烈的发展态势,作为一种信息记录,高校学生档案蕴含着丰富的价值,如何在网络环境下正确认识并改善高校档案管理工作是我们亟待解决的问题。本文首先介绍了网络环境及其对高校学生档案管理工作带来的影响,进而利用SWOT分析法对其优势利弊进行了系统的分析,最后提出了几点建议,希望能引起档案界同仁的关注,推进这一问题的深入研究。In recent years,with the advent of the information age and the popularization of Internet,electronic archives and network information resources have sprung up everywhere.No matter the quantity or quality,it has shown a very fierce development trend.As information record,college students＇ archives contain rich values,and how to correctly understand and improve the archives management in colleges and universities in the Internet environment is a problem that we urgently need to solve.This paper first introduces the influence of the network on the management of college students＇ archives,and then uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the system,and finally puts forward several suggestions,hoping to arouse the attention of the archival industry to promote in-depth research on this issue.
