摘　　要：目的探索"以临床护理实践能力为导向"的口腔护理教学内容整合延伸对培养实用型临床护理人才的效果。方法围绕临床护理实践能力需求,医护教协同,通过优化课程结构并对教学内容进行整合,深化口腔护理教学改革。结果通过对课程体系的重新整合和延伸,有助于提高学生的专业技能和口腔护理专业人才培养质量,形成了成熟的口腔护理专业方向教学模式。结论应用"临床护理实践能力为导向"的教学理念,立足岗位任务,增加实训教学、临床实践教学的比例,强化了对学生职业技能的培养,提高了口腔护理专业人才培养质量。Objective To explore the effect of integrating clinical nursing practice oriented oral nursing teaching contents into training practical nursing talents.Method Focusing on the needs of clinical nursing practice ability,the coordination of medical education and teaching,through the optimization of curriculum structure and integration of teaching contents,deepen the reform of oral nursing teaching.Result Through the reintegration and extension of the curriculum system,it is helpful to improve the training of students＇ professional skills and the quality of training oral nursing professionals,and form a mature teaching mode of oral nursing specialty.Conclusion The application of ＂clinical nursing practice oriented＂ teaching concept,based on the job task,increase the proportion of training teaching and clinical practice teaching,strengthen the training of students＇ professional skills,and improve the quality of training oral nursing professionals.
