摘 要:以中空内压超滤膜丝的丝壁透水与沿程阻力两系数试验为基础,分析了膜组件中丝外空间的轴向径流压降,从而建立了包括丝外轴向压降的内压膜组件的运行微分方程模型;讨论了不同膜组件容积率条件下,膜丝内外各项沿程参数的分布规律;定量地分析了中空内压超滤膜组件的容积率与纯水通量及产水流量的关系。According to the tests on the two coefficients of the fiber wall permeability and along-path resistance of the hollow and internal-pressure ultra-filtration fiber,the pressure drop of axial runoff of the membrane modules outside the fiber space has been analyzed,so as to establish the running differential equation model of pressure drop of axial runoff of internal pressure membrane modules. The distribution laws of along-path parameters inside and outside the membrane fiber,under different volume rates of membrane modules,are discussed. The relationships among volume ratio,pure water flux and produced water flow rate of hollow and internal-pressure ultra-filtration membrane module have been analyzed quantitatively.
